ORDINANCE NO. 1765
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLLVGAME AMENDING THE
THE ZONING MAPS INCORPORATED IN THE BURLINGAME ZONING CODE
BY RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTIES AT 1515 AND 1811 TROUSDALE
DRIVE AND 1791 EL CAMINO REAL AS UNCLASSIFIED UPON TRANSFER TO
THE PENINSULA HEALTH CARE DISTRICT, A LOCAL GOVERNMENT
AGENCY
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. The zoning maps atCached to Ordinance No. 539 as amended and referenced
in Secfion 25.12.010 of the Municipal Code are amended as follows:
1. The real property commonly known as 1791 El Camino Real is reclassified from C-1
District to Unclassified.
2. The real property commonly known as 1515 Trousdale DriveisreclassifiedfromC-1
District to Unclassified.
3. The real property commonly known as 1811 TrousdaleDrive is reclassified' from C-3
District to Unclassified.
These reclassifications are generally shown on the Exhibit to this ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective if and when, but only when, all three
properties are
transferred to fee simple ownership by the Peninsula Health Care District, a local
agency under the Government Code,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
